     Mr. Riley (Lieutenant Colonel, USA, Ret.) takes particular pride in assisting active duty, reserve, and retired military personnel,  Department of Defense (DoD) civilians and their  dependents.  A veteran of over twenty years of military service, Mr. Riley has an in-depth understanding of the myriad legal problems that can face current and former members of the armed forces and civilian DoD employees.
